The police arrest the 18-year-old in connection with double shootings near the Columbia Mall

The police from Howard County arrested an 18-year-old in connection with the double shootings that took place last night, and civil servants announced.

The police reported that Emmetetson Zeah from Columbia arrested and because of the first degree murder, attempted murder and other charges associated with it.

On February 22nd at 5:52 p.m., the police reacted to a report on shots that were fired on the 10,300 block of the Little Patuxent Parkway.

Once there, they were two victims with gunshot wounds.

16-year-old Michael Robertson was declared dead at the crime scene.

The 15-year-old Blake McCray was taken to the shock trauma center of the University of Maryland and remains in a critical condition.

Officials believe that this was a targeted incident, but according to the police, the motive remains unclear.

Officials restored the firearm used and the clothes that Zeah wore during the incident in his residence.
