Start pima-softball to 18: 0

The Mountain View graduate, Talia Martin, scored five times in Pimas Douleheader -Sweep by Eastern Arizona (Roxy Castro/Allsportstucson.com).

The Pima Community College softball team founded a double header against the Eastern Arizona College on the West Campus Aztec Softball Field on Saturday.

The Aztecs scored 10 runs with every win over the Gila monster as a newcomer Jiselle Nunez (Tucson) went 6 for 7 with seven RBIs and three runs in the games.

Sophomore Talia Martin (Mountain View) Submit the sound at the lead-off position and end day 2 for 4 with five runs, an RBI and four walks.

Sophomore Aubrey Marx (Cienega) went 4 for 8 with three RBIs and two runs, while it was waiting in the second year Alyssa Noriega (Pueblo) was 2 for 6 with three RBIs and three runs.

Jug Arianna Flores (Salpointe) and Jessica Thompson (Tanque Verde) won the victories in a circle.

Game 1: (23) Pima 10, Eastern Arizona College 3

Martin, Marx and Nunez all got on the base and scored in the first inning runs to increase Pima 3-0.

Marx scored an RBI single in the second inning, while Nunez followed with a two-run double with 6-1.

She would score a goal at the next game when Noriega took a ball to the right for Homerun and increased the lead to 8-1.

The Aztecs stated two other runs when Nunez and Noriega in the fourth inning on Thompsons Fielder's Choice Play achieved.

Nunez ended the game 3 for 3 with two RBIs and two runs. Noriega was 1 for 3 with two RBIs and two runs, while Martin went 1 for 2 with two runs and two walks. Marx finished 2 for 4 with an RBI and a run.

Flores, a newcomer, improved to a complete game to 8: 0 and gave up three runs with seven goals with six strikeouts and six walks on 149 parking spaces.

Game 2: (23) Pima 10, Eastern Arizona College 2 (5 Innings)

The Aztecs completed the day with a Rul-Rule victory when Nunez achieved an RBI double to an RBI double to achieve Martin and end three times Fifth Inning to end the game.

At the beginning of the inning, Martin met an RBI single to achieve Pinch runners Mari Asher (Canyon del Oro) and Marx 'Fielder's Choice Play brought along in the second year. Cheyanne Ortiz (Tucson).

Nunez pressed a Grand Slam to the center of Field when the Aztecs rose 7-2.

Niterez was 3 for 4 with five RBIs and a run, while Martin went with an RBI, three runs and two walks 1 for 2. Marx was 2 for 4 with two RBIs and one run.

Figueroa closed the game with an RBI with 2 for 3 and Ortiz went with two runs 1 for 2.

Thompson accumulated all five inners and gave up two runs (a deserved) on seven goals with two strikes and three walks on 80 parking spaces.

The Aztecs will play again on Tuesday to the ACCAC conference if you organize No. 10 Phoenix College on the West Campus Aztec Field. The first game begins at noon.
