4 potential opponents for Goldberg's final game

For most WWE fans, one last game for Goldberg was a case when, not if. Many of the most popular and powerful wrestler of the past thirty years, many believe that his last feuds and games do not do justice to his WCW summit years. After all, we talk about the man with the 16-game winning shop.

This week, Goldberg added speculation that an old -age preocca was imminent. A verbal feud at Bad Blood 2024 with Gunther teased a future return for Goldberg. However, his announcement in the ESPN SEC network has fully confirmed that an official age game in the WWE is in the works.

Who could be exposed to Goldberg?

It would be great to see that Goldberg checked some of his most famous WCW and WWE rivalries, but many of his enemies have either retired or ended. However, the combination of Goldberg with one of the best heels of WWE or an emerging talent could lead to an exciting encounter that benefits both superstars.

Goldberg is aimed at a summer return, so Summerlam could be a sustainable PLE to put down the curtain. WWE also leaves a lot of time to build the dynamics of the game and give Goldberg the shipping that he deserves.

Gunther

It makes sense to start with Gunther when you get bad blood to her youngest, well. Gunther continues to impress with holy ring skills, but also with his status as one of the most reliable paragraphs of the WWE.

Should Summerlam be the stage for Goldberg's final excursion, the stars for the stories of both superstars could be aligned. Gunther will defend his heavyweight World Cup against Jey Uso in Wrestlemania.

Goldberg and Bron Breakker share many similarities and not just a spear and suitable biceps tattoos. Breakker has a nostalgic quality that remembers the heyday of Goldberg in the 90s and makes it a compatible last opponent.

Not to mention that it would be a game with the story. The uncle of Goldberg and Breakkers, Scott Steiner, found the WCW in recent years and struggle through their career with often memorable results.

A Bron Breakker victory would be both a victory for the Steiner family and a massive boost for its transition from the central card to the main event. It could be the starting point for a World Cup thrust.

Jacob Fatu

The Samoan Werwolf had one of the most striking starts in the WWE in the recent memory. Fatu has now come out of Solo -Sikoa shadows and has awarded the microphone and gave its character work a real depth. His work with the bloodline was outstanding and his feud with Braun Strowman confirmed his singles.

Fatu could really increase a feud with Goldberg in summer. In particular, FATU still has to be recorded in the WWE, which offers two practical options for the feud.

WWE was able to give Fatu a big boost by allowed him to bury Goldberg. Or you could consolidate the legacy of the latter by allowing him to end stripes in true Goldberg.

John Cena

Quite surprisingly, John Cena and Goldberg have never confronted each other and in 2025 the last opportunity would be to deliver a dream game. Critics can indicate the overwhelming game 2019 between Goldberg and the underactor, with both of them far from the height of their strength.

The retired Cena and Goldberg, who turn 60 next year, reflect this scenario. Nevertheless, Goldberg's Aura and Cena's innate showmanship seem to stay, no matter how many years they rise. Cena was perhaps too short in the Royal Rumble, but he played his role in a wonderfully dramatic climax.
