Washington, Northside Boys, Panthers Girls Home, Southside on the street in the first round

Three of the four teams that have qualified for the Playoffs of the High School Basketball State will be at home in the first round that begins on Tuesday.

The NC High School Athletic Association published the brackets on Sunday evening on its website.

The boys from Northside (20-5) are number 13 in the east class 1a. The panthers will align No. 20 Seed North Duplin (11-11).

Washington boys (19-6) are the No. 13 seed in the east class 2a. The PAM Pack organizes the Eastern Plains Conference Foe Greene Central (11-11), Sama No. 20.

The girls from Northside (24-1) are number 3 in the east class 1a. You will record Rosewood (8-14), Sama No. 30.

The girls from Southside (14-9) are the No. 24 in the east class 1a. You will travel to No. 9-Seed Chatham Central (15-9).

The second round of the state playoffs is this Friday and will be determined on Tuesday on the basis of the results. The next two rounds are March 4th and March 7th. The regional final will take place from March 10th to 13th in Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Winston-Salem. The state finals will take place from March 14th to 15th at the same location.
