The accused, an assistant professor at the School of Health System Studies and Convener of the Center for Excellence in CSR (CECSR), was accused of misconduct, including inappropriate comments, the attempt to enter the complainant's residence and issue threats.

According to the complaint, the faculty member worked with compulsory behavior and repeatedly asked personal questions despite the students' clear complaints. She also claimed that he tried to move into her rented accommodation, and threatened her after resistance with serious consequences if she decided to report the incident. The complainant also claimed that his presence on campus promoted an uncertain environment for women and undertook managed falsifications and academic mismanagement during his tenure.

Tiss transferred the complaint to his internal committee to make up for sexual harassment. A high -ranking Tiss official said: “We have instructed the committee to carry out a quick and thorough examination. If the allegations are justified, immediate measures follow. “

The accused faculty member has denied all accusations, unfounded and an attempt to cloud his professional and personal reputation. He claimed that he had already resigned from his position at Tiss and was not called by the committee. However, Tiss officials made it clear that he will remain contractually employed with the institute, and all recommendations from the committee will continue to be applicable to him.

The complainant has requested the immediate suspension of the accused faculty member and a thorough investigation of the toxic atmosphere created during his term. The institute also asked it to take stronger measures to ensure the safety of the students, including anonymous legal regulatory system and improved support for the mental health of victims.
