Louisiana Tech falls Ole Miss on the last day of Rocket City Showcase-Bossier Press-Tribune

Haussville, Ala.-Louisiana Tech fell 8: 3 against Ole Miss Rebels in her fourth game of Rocket City on Sunday afternoon in Charger Park on the campus of Alabama Huntsville. The Bulldogs ended the four-game event 2-2 with victories against Auburn and Etsu No. 17. La Tech is now 7-7 in the season.

Elena Heng And Alannah Rogers led La Tech with two goals each while Alexis GilioPresent Claire Raley And Allie for collected one hit each. Raley led the team with two RBI.

Allie floyd made her seventh season in circles and took the loss after he had allowed eight runs with six goals while he was five and four.

How it happened

The Bulldogs went to an early 1-0 lead in the top of the first as Elena Heng Reasured base on a leadoff bloop -single to the left. Heng asked in second place on a wild field, followed by 60 meters more to third place in a throwing error, and came by on a second wild field of the inn.
