Zeds Dead confirm the release date for her new album “Return to the spectrum of intergalactic happiness”.

Zeds Dead has confirmed the release date for her second album in full length. Return to the spectrum of intergalactic happiness. The LP will be released on Friday, March 7th, on its own Deadbeats label. This record comes almost nine years after her debut Northern lightwhich was released on October 14, 2016.

The new album was first announced together with a 10-day tour in November last year, where the alternative electronic duo based in Toronto will play all over North America. Since then, the tour around the 11th edition of Deadocks has expanded in the Red Rocks Amphitheatre and its second round in the Hampton Coliseum for the more suitable event, Second Contact.

So far, Zeds Dead, which consists of members Zach Rapp-Rovan and Dylan Mamid, have published three singles from the album: “Sweet Memories”, “Heartbeat” and “One of those morning”. All three cuts show their talent for the combination of pop sensitivity with modern electronic sound landscapes.

Rapp-Rovan and Mamid borrow the pop influence for the first and third tracks of the classic soul singers Ann Peebles and Ella Fitzgerald, try out their inimitable voices and layer them over gravel dubstep beats. “Heartbeat” is an original production of the vocal house that brings together the Corusers of synthesizers with minkes emotional tones.

“Sweet Memories”, “Heartbeat” and “One of these morning” are now on Deadbeats. Buy them on Beatport.
