Pensioners who are charged with the “dangerous driving” after viral video in the Scottish city

A 76-year-old man was charged after a viral video that was shared on social media for transport crimes in a Scottish coastal city.

The police confirmed that the man was irregularly driven to George Street in Oban shortly after February 19 at 3:10 p.m.

After a video that was shared online, the pensioner was charged how a car installed a busy sidewalk outside the Fatface shop of the fashion brand in the city's high street.

The police confirmed that nobody was injured and appealed for further videos and pictures of the incident.

A police spokesman said: “A 76-year-old man was charged with traffic offenses after we received reports on dangerous driving in George Street, Oban.

“The incident occurred on Wednesday, February 19, around 3:10 p.m.

“Online film material was in circulation and the officers appealed to the public to pass on all the pictures to them.

“Nobody was injured in the incident and a 76-year-old man was followed shortly afterwards.”
