ACCT Philly and PSCPA replied to what they described as “provisional” stables after the fatal fire.

Officials from the Ministry of Licenses and Inspections say that the stables are owned by the Philadelphia restructuring authority and that it is the responsibility of the property owner to remove uncertain structures.

The owner of the property received violations in May 2024, which indicates that the property was classified as unsafe. An inspector wrote another violation of violations when he visited ownership on the day of the fire.
