Hello Atlanta BBQ Week: Blairsvilles Jim's Smokin 'Que

It is the grill week on the good day Atlanta, which visit a popular Georgia BBQ -Joint every morning for the next five days.

And if you set your roadmap with smoked meat and pages for a week, you can just start in one place that is routinely referred to as one of the best in the state!

We speak of Jims Smokin 'Que in Blairsville, who has been operated by Chris Cuviello and Zachary Edmonds since the beginning of 2020. It was served from the Booger Hollow filling station!

Big Business led the restaurant to its current location (4971 Gainesville Highway, just a few minutes from Vogel State Park), and Cuviello and Edmonds say that their goal was to be a delicious family and animal-friendly goal for locals and passers-by. Edmonds says that fresh meat is smoked every day (we speak with pork, turkey and brisket), and sides (including green beans, cheddar Gouda grits and collard green) are freshly made in the house.

The regular hours for Jims Smokin 'que are Thursdays to Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. And if you want to watch the menu before making the drive to Blairsville, click here.
