“A man must have at least one apartment with two or three bedrooms before marriage. He also has to be transparent in terms of his income because it is not about living alone through faith. At 18 I wanted to get married and made sure that I had an apartment with three bedrooms. I didn't take my wife to my mother's house because my older brothers still lived there. “

The one born in Anambra added that women in their age group should marry men instead of choosing someone who is significantly older.

He says that marriage encourages better communication and understanding within the same age group.

“When I speak to young people, I say women that he should never ask a man who claims that he wants to marry her if he loves her. That is the wrong question. Do not ask a man if he loves her – if he didn't do it, he wouldn't talk to you at all. Instead, ask him where he takes you in life. That's exactly what my wife asked me.

“She wanted me to share my vision with her because I had to have a clear vision for my life as a man. I said to her: 'We will be here until 20. At 21 we have a male child. I will own a car at 23. I will be a millionaire at 25. 'She held my hands and said, “We'll do it together.” When a man shares his vision, his wife will be his prophet at that moment, ”Maduka remarked.

The five -member father explained that a man without a vision is always doubted by his father. “She (my wife) was a woman-supporting and encouraging by God,” he said.

Marital life

The businessman revealed that when he married his wife, he sketched his vision for her and shared his goals to achieve too detailed what he wanted to achieve before he reached a certain age.

He noticed that his endeavor to have a two or three bedrooms – an apartment led to renting one because he needed a home for his wife.

He said, “I had a clear idea of where I wanted to be. I was a virgin when I married my wife and when we had this understanding we got married before we turned 20. When I was 15 I thought like a man because I knew that an undesirable child could derail my vision. Among the five most important things I wanted to reach 25 years ago, it was to bring a woman up to 20 to the altar.

“I missed this goal only for three months because I married the charity organization on September 23, 1978 and turned 20 on December 24, 1978. It wasn't about money – I had no – but I had confidence and conviction. When I got married, I had saved enough money to secure an apartment with three bedrooms. I also had a gas cooker, a deep freezer, a standing fan and everything a man should have before getting married. “
