The 46-year-old arrested after he allegedly shot a man behind the petrol station in Fort Mill, says Sheriff

Fort Mill, SC (WBTV)-a 46-year-old man was arrested on Monday for his alleged participation in an early morning in Fort Mill, SC.

The deputies arrested Duan Partlow, 46, on Monday, February 24, around 9:30 a.m. in the Old York Road just a few hours after he was accused, another man at a circle of K filling stations on the Carowinds Boulevard fired and killed have.

The sheriff said that the shootout was taking place around 5:30 a.m. after a dispute between Partlow and the victim.

The MPs said that the victim was originally taken to the hospital, but later died of his injuries.

“The outstanding and relentless police work of our MPs to identify this person as a suspect and to grasp it in just a few hours is exemplary,” said Sheriff Tony Breeden. “It also shows our commitment to the protection of our citizens and victims in York County.”

Partlow is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
