The latest design leaks shows a completely new look

This year's iPhones will look radically different from everything Apple has previously done in three of the four models if the latest report is correct.

Sometimes Apple is criticized for gently updating designs between generations of products, but the new leak from Majin Bu on X shows three phones with significantly changed designs and one that corresponds to the current model.

Here is an industrial design language in the game that differs from everything Apple has done. Only the model claims to be the iPhone 17 that still looks from a distance.

It is the same as the iPhone 16 – which, given the inclination of Apple, to be used for more than a year, seems to be very likely.

Then there is the rumored brand new iPhone, possibly iPhone 17 Air, with a super thin profile and a single camera, like the iPhone 16E published with the appearance. But where the 16e has an increased area that is not much larger than the lens, the 17 air has the width of the phone, flashes with the lens on the left and on the right.

The changes to the Pro models in which the three cameras, the Lidar sensor and the flash are also the largest increased panels for an iPhone are just as radical if they prove to be correct.

These also stretch the width of the phone, with the lower panel being selected in a different color. The color does not show that there is a different color in the final unit. Rather, it can fit an earlier rumor that the upper table would not be a glass. In the Majin BU pictures, the red areas can indicate from the glass that enables wireless charging, while the surrounding areas are made of metal.

On the other hand, the new pictures could correlate with the latest pictures of Sonny Dickson, which indicates that the increased model is closer to the square element that we know from the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max.

How likely are these changes? Majin Bu has a strong track record, so there is a decent chance that some of them will be just right. Nevertheless, there is a lot of time between now and September to bring more details about the leak.
