CCPD, FBI Houston arrest man who was suspected in the Dallas Police attack style plan in 2016

Corpus Christi, Texas – Seth “Andrea” Gregori was arrested due to terrorist threats that affect public service/public fear or serious bodily harm and criminal violation, and was held in the NUECES County prison early Tuesday morning.

When 3NEWS called the NUECES district prosecutor for information, she confirmed that the CCPD is currently investigating the case that its office was not submitted.

“Someone was taken into custody for an arrest warrant, but no charges were raised and the Grand jury was not presented, but there is an ongoing examination in connection with this person,” said prosecutor Sophie Moore.
