A new bakery at home opens this week.

Bake My Day, based in Paw Paw, offers deliveries to the counties La Salle, Lee and Ogle and meets customers from the surrounding counties in a supplied district.

Owner Kelly Fessler is looking for a shop front that can be opened in midsummer.

Bake My Day is an Allorganic, non-GMO bakery that aims to provide a healthier version of desserts. Weekly menus are published on Fridays with the Tuesday orders. The menu of this week includes Brownie cheesecake, blueberry -scones, cinnamon rolls and cookies, which include toffee, pretzel bites, caramel pieces, chocolate chips and organic -m & MS.

In addition to customer deliveries, Fessler is interested in serving organic desserts in local companies.

Fessler accepts Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, Bargeld -app and Venmo. Orders can be set up by reports in your business on Facebook.
