Sandra Cobbler Preston | Roger Gray Preston charged with murder after shooting and woman killed in Johnston County

Clayton, NC (WTVD) – A man shot his wife on Monday afternoon in Johnston County.

Around 4:30 p.m., the deputies of the sheriff of the sheriff of the sheriff of the sheriff of Johnston reacted to a shootout in 12500 block of the Buffalo Road in Clayton. They had received a call from someone who said they shot their wife.

According to the Sheriff's office, the MPs came to the address and found Roger Gray Preston, 81. He informed the authorities that his wife was parked in the motorhome in the front garden of the house.

Here the MP Sandra Cobbler Preston, 77, found dead with a gunshot wound.

As a result of the examination, Roger was charged with murder. It is recorded in the Johnston County Detention Center without bond.
