Waco Man recorded sexual assault with his phone and shared video with other people

Waco, Texas (KWTX) – Telvin Jamaal Horne, 27, was arrested on February 24th and charged in the sexual assault of a woman in 2024, like an order for arrest.

Police officers learned that the sexual assault on November 14, 2024 took place in a residence in the 500 block of the Dearborn Street.

The victim informed the police Horne that the sexual assault was recorded with his phone, as the arrest warrant claims.

When Detectives contacted Horne, “he confirmed that he was involved in sexual intercourse and that it was mutual,” the document continues.

Horne, the arrest warrant further details, said Detectives said that he had evidence on his phone that the gender was mutually acceptable, announced his innocence and agreed to meet with detectives.

However, the man did not appear for two appointments with detective and did not answer his phone, the arrest warrant says.

The victim met again with detective to alert her that Horne showed the video of sexual assault to other people, the affidavit says.

The investigators came to the conclusion that “gender occurred without consent.”

Horne is recorded without bond in the McLennan County prison because, according to prison files, he violated the conditions of his probation.
