Tips of a cardiologist Las Vegas

February marks Heart Health Month to concentrate on cardiovascular well -being. Dr. Jonathan Li, a cardiologist at Centerwell Senior Primary Care in Las Vegas, gave insights into the maintenance of heart health and the recognition of potential warning signs.

“It is crucial to be aware of the health symptoms of the heart,” said Dr. Li. He emphasized how important it is to understand one's own family health history, since this can significantly influence the likelihood of heart disease.

Dr. Li also emphasized the health differences that exist in heart disease and found that certain population groups are exposed to a higher risk. “Combating these differences is of essential importance to improve general heart health,” he said.

In order to improve heart health, especially when individuals get older, Dr. LI regular exercise, a balanced diet and routine examinations with health service providers. “Proactive steps can make a significant difference,” he added.
