Job description

The city of de Pere is trying to hire an experienced, decisive, forward -looking thinking, responsive creative and team -oriented visionary fire chief in order to manage and manage the general operations, programs, maintenance, development and promotion of the fire department department. The typical work plan is Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. plus another hours for emergencies and meetings. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree on an accredited college or a university in fire science or a related area.
  • Ten years of experience in the fire brigade, which run the responsibility for fire and/or EMS services with six or more years in progressively responsible experience in the management of the fire brigade.
