“As usual, things that really influence our sleep can, like avoiding alcohol before going to bed, how to avoid severe movement before going to bed, which is stimulating, do sports in the morning, caffeine in the morning and not later during the day use.” Faltalary said. “These are all things that help us to promote good sleep at any time, but they are particularly helpful in terms of potential loss of sleep.”

For reports, reports show an increase in car accidents every year on Monday after the time change.

In addition, there is a well -known increase in heart attacks, lines, depression and suicide, although the reasons remain unclear, said Foldvary.

In order to alleviate the effects of the time change, Foldvary recommends sleeping earlier, keeping her bedroom dark and avoiding electronics in your bedroom.
