Waco, Texas Teen from the testimony of relative she forced her to see porn when she was in primary school and triggers years of sexual abuse

Waco, Texas (KWTX) – A teenager said on Tuesday that Jeremy Joseph Robert, a family member, initiated her sexual abuse for years by forced her to see porn videos with him when she was in elementary school.

The 38-year-old Robert, the 54th State District Court of Waco, because of a continuous sexual abuse of an indictment for young child, a crime of the first degree that can be punished without probation at least 25 years.

The woman who is now 19 years old is trouble at school or at home.

The indictment against Robert issued in November 2019 claims that he sexually abused the girl from November 2010 to March 2019.

The girl, then a 13-year-old student at the Indian Spring Middle School, told the alleged abuse of a trainer and first told her to go home because of the physical abuse of Robert.

The girl had got into trouble at school because he had used a cell phone, and she said Robert wrote her an SMS that he would hit my ass when she came home. School officials called the police and the girl expanded her allegations against Robert by years of sexual abuse.

Since her first cry, the girl has also accused Robert's father, Jerry Robert, that she has also sexually abused her. Jerry Robert was mentioned in a sealed indictment in July, but was not taken into custody, according to court officials.

The girl said on Tuesday that Robert was a strict disciplinary person who was also physically abusive. She said that he started his inappropriate sexual behavior first by showing her a pornographic video on his phone when she was in second class while she looked her.

She described an incident in which Robert had sexually attacked her, which caused her intense pain and forced her to run into the bathroom to wipe blood. She said Robert also forced her to carry out oral sex with him, and often took her with her hand and forced it to his genitals.

She said that she finally reported about the abuse because she was tired of living in this area. She said Robert was constantly threatening to harm her mother or mother when she told someone and said he told her that the family would destroy it if he reported her what she said.

After an attempted suicide with an overdose of medication and in the event of suicide thoughts, she was taken to the hospital three times in a mental health facility.

Under the cross -interpretation of the defenders Abel Reyna, whom she represents with lawyer Archie Cruz, the girl Reyna's allegations denied that she had invented the allegations to distract the attention from her situations when she was in trouble.

Reyna also asked her about a few discrepancies in statements to civil servants during the interviews with CPS, police, forensic and medical studies.

She said she did not remember that she threatens to report her uncle about sexual abuse allegations after her aunt and uncle had taken a secret cell phone away that she hidden while she lived with them for a while.

She also said she did not remember to tell the forensic interviewer that she had a friend who claimed that her mother's friend raped her because she wanted to live with her father.

The girl admitted to giving Reyna that she wanted to live with her father, but said that she only learned his identity after her outcry sexual abuse.

Statements in law enforcement will be resumed on Wednesday morning.
