The Midland Chamber of Commerce is organizing a two -day membership event

Odessa, Texas (Kosa) –

In the Midland Chamber of Commerce, a member event for volunteers from the community organized to work against each other in order to register new chamber members.

The event offers local companies information about how the chamber can help to improve their visibility, lawyers and networking opportunities and become a member at the same time.

This is the first membership event of the chamber since 2019.

Over the next two days, over 100 volunteers will work to expand the chamber and its effects.

To make things a little more exciting, they made it a team competition with consultant Jimmy Cusano and Cowbells.

President and CEO of the Midland Chamber of Commerce, Evan Thomas, said: “We bring in a really funny consultant who is not yet a member. So if we have a success, listen to a bell bell in the background and you also hear some screams. ”

Chambers of Commerce are used as a network for companies in their region who work together to support the local economy.

For Midland in particular, their goal is to promote local economic and community initiatives.

The representation of thousands of local business owners shows their commitment to the community.

“If we go into our meetings and can say that we represent tens of thousands of people, but over 1,000 people in this community, and we come to a problem with this voice and membership behind it, it is very powerful,” said Thomas.

According to Melissa Wicker, the Midland Chamber of Commerce is only about raising small and large companies to bring everyone together … Midland bigger.

She said, “It's a lot of fun. I feel like I was in Las Vegas and I sit in the bull pit as if I watch poker and all the Shenanigans how it is fun. It's a lot of fun. ”
