The student of the University of Mississippi, Mary Kate Cornett, became a trend topic on X, formerly Twitter on February 26, after allegations had appeared that she was involved in an affair with her friend's father. The controversy has achieved significant traction online, with social media users discuss the claims comprehensively and even create a meme coin inspired by the situation.

According to a viral contribution, which was shared by X User @Magageddon, Cornett was said to be with her friend Evan's father, who was identified as private banker Erik Solis. The post referred to a screenshot of a Snapchat message in which it was claimed that Cornett returned early after completing her exams. Accordingly, she brought Evan's younger sister to a basketball game, accompanied by Evan's father. Later in the evening, Cornett and Solis allegedly went to drinks, which led to the beginning of their alleged affair.

Further claims in the viral post indicated that Solis Cornett assured his unfaithfulness and found that he had cheated on his wife several times. The speculation also showed that Evan finally discovered the affair, but he and Cornett later reconciled. In the meantime, Solis' wife reported that the situation was aware of the situation, but for non -related reasons, a divorce.

When the scandal won dynamics, the X user @Duragrebel screenshots announced, which suggested the creation of a cryptocurrency meme coin based on Cornett's name. The screenshots also contained allegations that reinforced the demands against Cornett and Solis.

In addition, X -User @baginpocket has posted a suspected screenshot from Cornets Instagram before it was made private. Other social media users shared unconfirmed claims that pointed out that they had previously involved similar behavior. A screenshot seemed to show a Venmo transaction of 150 US dollars, which was supposedly carried out to prevent someone from revealing details.
