Lansing Police examines the shootout on Tuesday evening

Lansing, me. (Wilx) – The Lansing Police Department examines a shootout in which two people were injured.

According to the police, the officials were called to the University of Michigan Health-Sparrow on Tuesday evening at 5:15 after two people had gone to the hospital with injuries.

A 20-year-old man had a gunshot wound on his shoulder. A 19-year-old man was not shot, but had other injuries by debris. According to the police, the two victims were shot out of a car, but it is expected that they are okay.

The Lansing police said the two victims were on Pleasant Grove and Mount Hope Road in Lansing when the shootout took place.

The police said that the victims hesitated to share information about a suspect, but found that they were driving a black jeep compass.

The incident remains examined.
