Pittsburgh Steelers schedule for 2025 season – Pittsburgh Steelers home games, Steelers Away Games and opponents for 2025 NFL season

January 28, 2025; Mobile, Al, USA; Pittsburgh Steeler's head coach Mike Tomlin visits the field during the senior bowl training for the American team at the Hancock Whitney Stadium.

The Pittsburgh Steelers joined a revision in the quarterback room last season. They signed Russell Wilson and Justin Fields for one year and let them fight it in the training camp and in the previous season. Although Wilson deserved the starting role, he was injured and Fields took his place in the middle. The Steelers lacked offensive weapons, whereby Wideout George Pickens was the only reliable passer.

Fields led the team to a 4-2 record in the 6 weeks in which he was the starter. After Wilson returned in week 8, he led the Steelers to a 6-5 record. Despite the playoffs, Pittsburgh never looked as if they could go deep and their season ended in the Wild Card round against the Ravens.

With regard to the future, the Steelers have to make some important decisions and have to carry out some important squad movements, especially on the offensive. With almost 60 million US dollars in Cap Space, Pittsburgh can afford to inject some money, especially since they are part of the hard AFC North Division.

The Pittsburgh Steelers who play in the AFC have the advantage of 9 home games and 8 away games this time. Since the introduction of the 17th game on schedule, the NFL has changed the 9 home games between the AFC and the NFC every year. However, one of the Steelers' home games this year takes place at the latest international event location Dublin, Ireland.

3 of Pittsburgh's home games will be against their opponents of division, Bengal, Browns and Ravens. The AFC North has become one of the harder divisions in the league, so these games are all quite intense.

The Steelers play 2 home games against another AFC division and another 2 home games against an NFC division according to the rotation policy of the league. Therefore, the AFC North will play the AFC East and the NFC North team this year, with the home games of the Bengals coming against the bills, dolphins, packers and Vikings.

The remaining 2 games are directed against teams from other divisions that took second place in their respective departments, just like the Steelers last year. So Pittsburgh will accommodate the Colts from the AFC South and the Seahawks from the NFC West.
