The CSIR -NET exam 2025 is carried out in an online format for 3 hours. There are 5 topics covered: earth, atmosphere, ocean and planetary science; Chemical sciences; Biosciences; Mathematical sciences; and physical sciences. The overall brands for the examination are 200, with each correct answer deserving two markings. However, there is a negative marking scheme with 25% for false answers (33 percent for some sections).

What is not to be done in the CSIR UGC Net Exam Center?

Just as there are some do's, the examination authority also banned some activities. So here we have a list with a few things that should not be carried out in any examination center.

• Do not bring any restricted objects: it is completely forbidden to bring study aids, mobile phones, intelligent watches, calculators or other electronic devices to the test.
