1 critically injured in East Austin Park Shooting: APD

The police authority in Austin is looking for people who might have been involved in a shooting in a park in East Austin on Sunday evening.

Detectives ask for information, videos, audio recordings or witnesses, in which the recordings or information may have been determined for the examination.

What we know:

APD says that on February 23 at 6:30 p.m. in the Bartholomew District Park on 5201 Berkman Drive took place.

During this event, many non -identified men were involved in a physical fight in a parking lot near the baseball field. Shortly afterwards shots rang and one person was hit together with several vehicles.

The victim was brought to a local hospital with life -threatening injuries.

APD's preliminary investigation shows that several interested people were collected shortly before the start of the shots and that a large amount was present during the shootout.
