Managing Directors will share stories and career knowledge on CEO Day 2025

Oklahoma State University students have the opportunity to interact with successful managing directors from three different industries during the CEO of the CEO of the Spears School of Business.

The event is planned from 3 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the Union Theater student. OSU students of all colleges are asked to take part in free.

This year's managers are Stacy Kymes, President and Chief Executive Officer of the BOK Financial Corporation. Jeff Mcintyre, partner and co -founder of Pyramid Global Hospitality; And Sophia Shohate, President of Global Enterprise Sales at UPS.

Kymes, which was completed at Harding University with a bachelor's degree in accounting, came to BOK Financial in 1996 and is active in the Tulsa community. He had several positions in different areas of BOK Financial and previously acted as chief tester, corporate controller, treasurer and chief credit officer. Before he was appointed CEO in January 2022, Kymes was the Chief Operating Officer and supervised the company's entire sales departments. BOK Financial is a regional financial service company of $ 50 billion.

Mcintyre, a certified hotel administrator, was one Innovator in the hotel industry for over 50 years. He Keep a Bachelor's degree in hotel and restaurant management at OSU and completed the Senior Executive Management program at the University of Minnesota. In 1994 Mcintyre Gemstone Hotels and Resorts founded his office in Breckenridge, Colorado. He then headed mergers with benchmark hotels and resorts and pyramid in 2020 in 2017 to rename as Pyramid Global Hospitality. Mcintyre and his partners became known for creating unique and tailor -made differences in every resort.

Shohate, who has a Bachelor's degree in Management of OSU, began her ups career in Oklahoma in 1990. Shohate held various management positions, including Vice President of Insider Sales and President of US sales at UPS and used their business experience to develop future managers within the company. In her current role, she coordinates a team that focuses on growth and end-to-end optimization of complex supply chains for UPS's largest customers. Shohate is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta 2022 and graduate from Leadership America 2012.

CEO Day, founded in 2003, is organized by the OSU of Spears School of Business, the Business Student Council and the MBA Association to bring successful business people to the Stillwater Campus. The event offers the students the opportunity to deal with managers, to discover the challenges and to oppose the business leaders, to understand how CEOs put their career paths, get an insight into their decision -making processes and leadership styles and learn about characteristics that they are looking for in managers.
