MSU Football Ol Commit speaks hard at the time

The state of Michigan has four commits from the 2026 cycle – the athlete Joey Caudill, Quarterback Kayd Coffman, Eddie Whiting and Offensive Tackle Eli Bickel.

Bickel from the In-State North Branch was an important attacker by the offensive line coach Jim Michalczik. In a recently published article by Spartanmag 'S Jason Killop, Bickel discussed an injury against which he is currently fighting.

“Bickel has remained active in October since his junior football season.” Killop wrote. “He is in the North Branch and a state wrestler's university basketball team. A torn meniscus who suffered during the wrestling practice has been broken out in both sports for about a month.

“Bickel was subjected to a successful operation on Monday and will start with rehab. Despite the quick handling after his intervention, Bickel was on the bench and supported his basketball teammates during her district game against the Almont High School on Monday.”

Michigan State loves players with basketball and wrestling backgrounds. But both? Consider the size of A Lineman With the footwork and the movement that were sanded in basketball and have won the knowledge of the use of lever and level through the wrestling.

Scary thought.

However, Bickel will not participate.

“It is difficult not to be out there and on the wrestling mat because I love to compete with the competition and active competition,” said Bickel.

Bickel6-foot 6, £ 270, is an underestimated view in the state of Michigan. According to 247sports, Bickel is Tackle No. 73 in class and No. 16 player in Michigan. It fits into the profile for the type of Lineman that Michalczik brings and he told him Spartan How he plays.

“Coach m may like my versatility how well I move and climb on the edge and block someone, and that I am not just a big, sluded guy,” said Bickel.
