Two in ongoing studies of the narcotics examinations – Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office

Craig Webre, Sheriff of the Lafourche Parish, announced that a four -month examination of the narcotics led to two people with additional arrests. Bryan Wright, 50, from Gray and Richard Comardelle Jr., 48, from Larose, were arrested as part of the ongoing examination.

In November 2024, anesthetic opened an investigation of the illegal sales of narcotics in the central and southern areas of the municipality of Lafourche. Agents identified several people and residential buildings who were involved in the pharmaceutical sale and received several searches for residential buildings, vehicles, electronic media and DNA. The search queries have led to a variety of narcotics and two firearms. The agents also received arrest commands for Wright and Comardelle.

Wright was arrested at the beginning of this month. It was inserted into the correction complex of the Lafourche Parish under several charges, including two counts of the distribution of methamphetamine, with the intention of distributing methamphetamine, illegal wearing a weapon in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphers. Comardelle was arrested on February 24, 2025. It was booked with the distribution of methamphetamine and possession of drug utensils. The deposit is set at 100,000 US dollars.
