2 days after shooting in McCormick County arrested days after shooting

McCormick, SC (WRDW/dares) – Two people were arrested in McCormick County after a shooting incident.

McCormick County's deputies said they had answered a call regarding shots that were fired in an apartment in the Plum Branch community on February 18 in the morning.

The sheriff's office says on Wednesday morning, two arrested because of its participation in the incident.

The Sheriff's office did not publish the name of the two suspects.

The suspects are charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during the inspection of a violent crime.

The MPs say that more arrested are expected in the course of the investigation.

“Let this be a message that everyone who decides to carry out violence, especially when using firearms, and the complete disregard for human life or the safety of others, is held accountable for their actions. This type of behavior and other senseless actions of violence are not tolerated in McCormick County, ”said Sheriff Chad Cox.
