The Watsonville police say that a man in the hospital is recovering after the police reported the shootout in the third shootout in three days.

A 31-year-old man arrived a few minutes after a shootout, who was reported near 100 Ginos Court at around 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday around 6:30 p.m.

He was transferred to an except state trauma center and is expected to survive.

A trace of mussel covers was found at the scene and two firearms were recovered in the area. A search order was issued for the targeted house and three other firearms and ammunition were found in accordance with the police.

A 16-year-old was arrested in the house for weapon accusations and booked in the youth hall for a police.

No arrests were made in this event. The police believe that this shootout is connected to gangs.

“With the help of the regional law enforcement partners. This is the third shootout that we have examined in the past three days, and we know that this is deeply worrying for our community. Detective is currently working on determining whether these incidents are connected,” said the police in a social media post.
