Newly published video shows Mann, who supposedly fired a picture of a cat bus

Charlotte, NC – a single round was fired in a cat bus. WCCB Charlotte has a new video that shows this creepy moment on January 30th.

It shows a man who goes in and swears by the passengers. He starts to scream a man who wears headphones. CMPD says that its argument about politics began.

The scream continues, this passenger gets up and not long after the man who wears headphones pulled out a gun and pulls it back.

Two passengers get up and go to the front of the bus while the argument continues.
