Several crews react to fire in the Whiteface Lodge in the Lake Placid

The Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid was evacuated on Wednesday, while several crews reacted to a fire on the property. The Lake Placid volunteer fire brigade said that the call took place on Wednesday around 8 p.m. The crews from several departments answered. Fire Dispatch announced NBC5 that the fire was deleted in about 45 minutes. On Thursday 12 noon, officials said that the crews had still released hot spots and examined the cause of the fire. Officials said nobody had been hurt.
