“Pink Floyd: Live at Pompei” will be released this spring together with the soundtrack album in the cinemas

The legendary concert film, Pink Floyd: Live in Pompeiiwill be reintroduced into the cinemas this spring with a modern note after it was meticulously restored and remnanted by the musician Steven Wilson. The film that is now named Pink Floyd at Pompei – McMlxxiiFilm cinemas and IMAX screens selected on April 24th and contain unpublished film material and interviews with all four members of the band. “Pink Floyd: Live at Pompeii is a rare and unique document of the band that occurs live in front of the dark side of the moon.” Pink Floyd drummer Nick Mason said in an explanation. In addition to the newly restored concert film, a soundtrack album with Wilson's new mix will be available on May 2. This is the first time that the live set is available on vinyl, and the first official publication of the music as an independent album. ((Rab)))
