Cameron added the All Star Football game

By Dan Hardenbrook

Engadine Senior Hunter Cameron, a multifaceted football talent for the Eagles, was added to the squad for this year's All Star Football game. Cameron's supplement to the game was announced at the end of last week and the top talent of the Eagles the opportunity to take part in one of the greatest events of the year. The game will take place in June in the Superior Dome on the Northern Michigan University campus.

Cameron was outstanding both on the offensive and in defense and at the same time shone in special teams for Engadine. He was often a guide for teams who had to deal with small numbers and several young players. He set several records as a recipient and was an upsa -all -up mention after his senior season last autumn.

Cameron would have achieved further successes, but Engadine's newly independent status as a football program ended the opportunity for all conference awards. He led the Eagles with 310 yards and caught seven touchdowns, while he was adding another 96 yards and a score that ran the ball. His 43 duels were second in the team, and he ended the season with interceptors and a blocked field gate. Cameron was also a kicker in the Special Teams Unit during his high school career.

The Eagles only played six university games in the 2024 season.

“It feels pretty amazing to be selected and play with all the great players in the up,” said Cameron. “I'm more than excited to be able to play another football game.” He says he hoped to take full experience. “I am really looking forward to meeting everyone who has been selected and finding new friends over the week,” he said.
