Investigation after a fatal deputy shootout in Rosemead – NBC Los Angeles

A woman was shot by Sheriff of the Los Angeles County Department of the Sheriff in Rosemead, and an investigation by the shootout will be carried out on Thursday.

The detectives of the sheriff were called on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. in the 8700 block of the Scott Street between the Abliene and the Valley Boulevard in relation to a barrier -off arsonist, reported the sheriff department.

A deputy shootout came during the search command at the location. The woman was hit by shots and taken to a hospital where she was later declared dead, said Lt. Michael Modica.

No MPs were injured during the shootout.
