Jose Mourinho administered four-match ban for comments according to Fenerbahce's collision with Galatasaray

Jose Mourinho was suspended for four games for four games after the derby between Galatasaray and Fenerbahce, in which he was accused of racism.

Mourinho received a two-game ban for his words against the Turkish fourth official. After the game he said: “I thanked Slavko Vincic for the referees of this great game. If it had been a Turkish referee, it would have been a disaster. “

He received another two-game suspension when he said that the Galatasaray Bank jumped like monkeys.

The Fenerbahce Manager was also accused of these comments, with Galatasaray stating that they would submit an official complaint.

“We will inform you that we will submit a criminal complaint to the public prosecutor in relation to these racist statements by José Mourinho, and we will also file a complaint with UEFA and FIFA.” Galatasaray announced in a statement shortly after the derby.

The Galatasaray manager Okan Buruk also received a one-match ban for his comments after the game in which he criticized foreign referees Vincic and described Mourinho as “The Wriding One”.
