DOD starts a weekly video update to keep the Ministry of Defense 'Ministry of Defense.

The recently appointed Pentagon press spokesman Sean Parnell has now recorded the first of a number of prepared video updates for the achievements of the Ministry of Defense.

Parnell said he hoped that the weekly videos will help to restore confidence between the Ministry of Defense and the American citizens.

“I find [the sitreps] are important because the American people have lost enormous trust in once revered institutions here in this country in the past four or five years, ”said Parnell.

“And our goal, especially here in the Ministry of Defense [and] Throughout the government, it should be radically transparent and try to regain something from this trust … and we will do it through deeds and not through words, “he continued.
