NHL fans have loved hurricanes' viral popcorn -imer -werbeweschenk

The Carolina Hurricanes appreciate their roots for the house against the Buffalo Sabres in the Lenovo Center, which they have appropriately described in honor of Hartford Whalers.

The team not only accuses the Whaler uniforms, but also appreciates his legacy in the sixth Whaler Nacht by bringing back the team's former mascot, Pucky the Whale.

The team absolutely nailed it with one of their fan advertising gifts: a popcorn bucket with whaling in the form of a zamboni. The team intends to sell the Zambonis “wherever popcorn sold” in the stadium.

The fans loved the popcorn zambonis, which are Whalers Green with some blue details, and they went on social media to share their excitement about special funding.

Puck drop for the game on Thursday is for 7:00 p.m.
