2025 International Builders' Show offers record participation and shows the innovation of the industry

More than 81,000 builders, conversions, developers and other specialists for home buildings filled the exhibition halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center as the National Association of Home Builders (Nahb) hosts of 81. Naugt International Builders' Show® (IBS), the largest annual Light Construction Show in the World, February 25, February 25. This is the biggest show in 17 years.

The participants visited more than 1,800 exhibitors – including 750 new exhibitors – over 728,000 square meters to explore innovative building products and technology to advance the industry and improve new houses.

“This year's show exceeded our high expectations of participation, exhibition space and educational opportunities,” said Geoff Cassidy, Chief Revenue Officer von Nahb. “The participants saw the latest trends in home technology and resistance as well as the latest progress in the development techniques.”

“There are many more people here this year, and they did a really good job to check the same products,” said Josh Deal, a house builder at JNJ Enterprises in McKinney, Texas.

“The traffic was incredible. We have great conversations and everyone was super committed, ”said Sarah Caperton, director of the innovation and commercial track at LP Building Products.

This year was also the 12th anniversary of Design & Construction Week® (DCW), the Co-Location of IBS and the National Kitchen & Bath Association's Kitchen & Bath Industry Show. DCW moved over 124,000 participants and almost 2,500 exhibitors occupied over 1.2 million net square meters of interior and external exhibitions.

The IBS participants expanded their knowledge of industry by participating in more than 120 educational meetings that experts led to a variety of industry topics, including artificial intelligence, construction technology, research and trends. Two demo zones showed live demonstrations of trend topics in the residential building, so that construction experts were able to learn best practices for the construction of more permanent, more efficient and high-quality houses.

The participants used numerous networking events throughout the week and visited the New American Home ™, the latest building techniques, high-performance design as well as the latest products and trends.

“There was so much to see and do, but the training was particularly valuable. Each session contained several really good information that you can take and advertise in various markets, ”said Ryan Darmetko, the first seller of IBS, sales manager at Eastwood Homes in Charlotte, NC“ We knew that the show would be big and busy, but everything was very well organized and 100% is worth investing in the coming. “

Next year DCW will take place in Orlando from February 17th to 19th.
