Mother reacts to the arrest of the employee of the workers of the day

The emotions ran high in a courtroom by Davidson County on Thursday, as the mother of a 3-year-old victim of attack with two of the three women against the crime.

The Thomasville police said that the attack took place in the Kid City Day Care Center in Thomasville.

Before the court meeting even started, Small cried and trembled when she spoke to bailiffs.

“I'm angry. I know that they are guilty and they still shook their heads and rolled their eyes as if they were not, ”said Small.

On Wednesday, the Thomasville police arrested three women, Faye Burchett, the owner of the Kid City Day Care Center and two employees. They are Haley Dalhover and Sheila Walker.

All three are accused of having attacked a child under the age of 12, child abuse and disability of the judiciary.

“I'm not finished yet, only when I see that justice is served and that they will not be with another child. I want justice, “said Small.

According to Small, she brought her son to the Kid City Day Care Center for the first time on Monday, February 10th.

That afternoon, the parents of Small picked him up from Kid City Day Care Center and noticed that the boy shouldn't be there. They took photos and contacted the Thomasville police.

The investigators were informed that cameras were not admitted to the daycare center during the incident. After receiving an arrest warrant, however, a DVR recording device took out the center.

It was not clarified in court what the surveillance showed; However, the investigators said that they immediately shared the results of monitoring with the State Department of Health and Human Services, which closed the center in response to it.

After the court, Small informed how her son deals with all of this.

“He is good, but as I said, he is traumatized. We cannot even talk about day care, let alone even visits a predecessor or even one that we can try. There is no longer any day care for him, ”said Small.

Both Faye Burchett and Haley Dalhover are still in the Davidson County prison of less than $ 100,000. Sheila Walker connected. Burchett and Dalhover have a court appearance on March 13. Walker's next appearance is March 26th.
