Ashtabula County Dogwächter examined after dogs were found in Geneva

The dog guard of Ashtabula County, Ben Berry, confirmed 3news that his office was examining where the dogs could come from.

Cleveland – In Ashtabula County, an examination is underway after more than a dozen dogs have been removed on a property in Geneva.

A unique pet rescue, a non -profit clinic based in Akron, has documented its efforts on social media how the organization took 12 of the poodle blends or “doodles”.

“This is obviously the work of an unethical breeder,” wrote the organization in a contribution. “These poor souls are dirty, matted and scared, but otherwise diamonds in the Rough.”

Tanya Jonda, Executive Director of a kind, said 3News that the dogs were emaciated, with many health problems suffering.

“Terrible condition,” said Jonda. “Some of them had fought and caused wounds. And some of them look like they had not eaten well. We do not know whether it is a medical problem or whether they simply did not eat well. We do not know how much food was made available to them, but they definitely need a TLC and some medical interventions.”

Groomer from all over the northeast of Ohio donated their time to clean up the dogs. A unique only only man says that foster families have already started to move forward.
