Man in Manatee County because of spousal video voyeurism arrested for the second time

Palmetto Fla. – – A Florida Man is behind bars with two dozen Fees In connection with the secret recording of his wife and the parts of her pictures with strangers online.

He has already served in prison, and now his alienated woman shares her story and hopes that it can help someone else.

Investigators with the Manatee County Sheriff's Office arrested the alienated husband on Valentine's Day.

Aaron Burton is in the manatee County prison and will face more than two dozen charges in connection with video voyeurism, stalking and sexual cyber nuisance.

Court files show that the case began in November 2024 when the Sheriff office of the Manatee County received a tip from the national center for missing and exploited children in relation to an adult, who tried to lure a child online for sexual actions.

The investigators found that it was Aaron Burton who used the photos of his alienated wife to communicate with a 15-year-old child through a video game.

“I can't emphasize enough that you have to stand up for yourself,” said Autumn Burton, his alienated woman.

Aaron Burton had recently been released from prison after serving time for secret recordings of autumn Burton in Lake County.

He had hidden cameras in the bedroom and in the bathroom of her house.

Autumn Burton discovered that he had created a network of dozens of fake profiles by using her intimate pictures and posting photos of her on dozens of different websites.

“I know that a website alone had 1.1 million views,” said Autumn Burton. “You do not expect the person you are married to, with the person you have with whom you have a child to install a camera in a bathroom and produce profiles and talk to men as if you were to ask them.”

It is not foreseeable how many people have seen the pictures of autumn Burton, all of which violate their privacy.

And it didn't just stay online.

Strange men appeared at home and got their real phone number.

“At some point he offered me as a payment to someone,” said Autumn Burton.

In 2023, Aaron Burton was charged with 21 cases of video voyeurism and 16 charges for sexual cyber nuisance, but was only sentenced to one year and a day in prison.

According to court files, he began back shortly after his release, which led to the new charges with which he was now exposed to Manatee County.

“Just because I am not black and blue from him does not prevent it when we are in domestic abuse. I have the feeling that if we were tougher for certain crimes like this for the first time for the first time, we may not have repeat offenders,” said Autumn Burton.

Autumn Burton said that people have threatened their lives and she believes that the examination of the manatee County saved her life after Aaron Burton is back behind bars.

Aaron Burton is also charged with violation of the probation.
