Man who is accused

Dayton – A man who is accused of shot his former girlfriend and stolen her vehicle was officially charged.

The 32 -year -old Dawone Hodge was charged on Thursday for several criminals, including a number of serious robberies, two cases of criminal offenses and Grand theft, as from a report by the Grand jury from Montgomery County.

His former girlfriend previously told Dayton Officers that in August 2023 she was in his residence in South Williams Street when he became angry.

Hodge supposedly shot her into the leg, took her SUV and went, a public prosecutor of Montgomery County told Newent Center 7.

Online prison documents show that he was arrested on February 17th.

He is currently in the Montgomery County prison.

His next court appearance is planned for Tuesday, March 4.
