The Department of Technology Systems from ECU organizes the broadcast day

Greenville, NC (WITN) – The Department of Technology Systems at East Carolina University today organizes an event for local college instructors, administrators and students to learn more about their programs.

The Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology (BSIT) and the Technology Systems Transfer Day starts this morning at 9 a.m. in the Murphy Center.

The event sponsored by the NC East Alliance is free of charge for the Community College trainer, the leadership and the students to take an insight into the ECU BSIT program.

The program is nationally recognized and ideal for students and adult learners with a technical or industrial employee of Applied Science, who wants to increase your career with a four -year degree.

The check-in for the event begins at 8:30 a.m. Dr. Harry Ploehn, Dean of the College of Engineering and Technology, and Dr. All Guidry, Associate Provost of Learner Operations, will welcome guests at 9 a.m.

The event offers information meetings that cover all programs and concentrations, information that transmits specific information for ECU and personal teaching options, supporting students and more.

Tours through laboratories and classrooms in the science and technology building will take place from 1 p.m. to 30.30 a.m.

Specific information for veterans, the approval process and an unofficial table for transmission will be available at today's event.

According to the ECU, representatives of more than 30 community colleges are expected from all over the state.

The Department of Technology Systems from ECU also offers Bachelor's degrees in terms of design, sales and logistics, technology for industrial engineering as well as information and cyber security technology.

The final options include network technology, occupational safety and technology management.
