Enjoy a mild day and cool trend this weekend

What to expect

This morning is clear. A little wind stirs for some so that you can feel colder. We start the day with temperatures in the low to upper 30s, with Knoxville about 37 degrees.

It's a nice, sunny Friday! For the time being, we are also about 10 degrees above average. We warm up to 65 degrees, with a southwestern wind of 10 to 15 miles per hour and gusts around 20 miles per hour.

This evening remains clear, but also airy, so we only cool up to 44 degrees, but it feels colder, in persistent airy conditions.

Look ahead

The winds now quickly turn to the northwest on Saturday, so that we are heated to around 57 degrees. We will basically hold the whole afternoon in the upper 40s, with more clouds. The northwestern wind at 15 to 25 miles per hour can feel colder. The temperatures quickly cool down in the evening, with stray mountain snow.

Sunday morning is cold at 25 degrees! If the winds recede, frost can develop. At least winds are easy on Sunday, but it's a cool day with only 49 degrees and sunny.
