'Tank' put his WBA Lightweight title in his first fight against his colleague in his first fight on the line with a eighth round knockout by Frank Martin in Las Vegas last summer.

Now he will take over Roach in a fight that will initially appear in Houston in mid -December, just to be pushed back and postponed.

Roach is the current master of super spring weight in WBA, after winning his first world championship title with a victory of Split Decision over Hector Luis Garcia before successfully defending him with a eighth round stop by Ireland's Feargal McCrory in a homecoming fight in Washington DC.

The 29-year-old has thrown six victories in a row since he suffered the only defeat of his professional career against Jamel Herring in 2019, but is now being worked out his work when he is a massive outsider in a first pro showdown with his former amateur gegen in weight and is to become a two-division world champion against the ODDs.

Gervonta Davis against Lamont Roach will take place on Saturday, March 1, 2025, in the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

The main event hikes are expected at 3 a.m.

The main undercard should start at around 1 a.m. GMT, 8 p.m. ET and 5 p.m. PT, the preparations from 11 p.m. GMT, 6 p.m. ET and 3 p.m. PT.
