Criminal proceedings against Monaco owner Dmitry Rybolovlev fell fall

Criminal proceedings against Monaco owner Dmitry Rybolovlev and his lawyer Tetiana Bersheda were canceled on the command of the Monaco profession.

The procedure against Rybolovlev and Berheda was opened in 2017 and looked at the indictment for corruption and the traffic of influence. The basis of the procedure was based on the extraction and use of Berheda's phone by judge Édouard Lveilault during another investigation that spoke to the Swiss art seller Yves Bouvier.

The procedure was initiated exclusively on the basis of the extraction of these messages, which were carried out under violation of Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) that protects the right to private life. An ECHR in Switzerland rejected criminal proceedings against Rybolovlev and Bersheda a few months ago, and the Monégasque system has now followed.

“As we have consistently found in these seven years, Dmitry Rybolovlev and Tetiana Bersheda maintained their innocence and expected the end of the case with confidence.” read Get French football messages.

There is no longer any criminal proceedings against the couple. “You are completely and definitely clarified”, ” concluded the explanation of the lawyers who worked on the case.
