Adamson's tavern on the Green is the beginning of something new for Stewartvilles Golfplatz – Post Bulletin

Stewartville, Minnesota – after years of business in the region, Trisha and Pat Adamson have something new on Stewartville's Golf Course.

The Adamsons bought the RiverView Greens Golf Course, including the restaurant, on January 2, 2025.

Although the restaurant at the beginning of the year, which has now been renamed the Greens in Adamsons Tavern, it was only closed for renovation work for a week and the menu was revised.

Now, for a month in the adventure, Trisha says that they listen to the municipality's proposals – as possibly in the future – and fit into their work.

“You want you to be honest and then make the changes you need for the future,” said Trisha. “The community wants breakfast and they would love a place that has a great steak, so we are working on this aspect. We also bring some healthy things to the menu because I like to healthy it. “

The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday (Wednesday and Thursdays the kitchen is open from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the bar is open on Fridays and Saturdays until 10 p.m.. The kitchen is open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and the hours of the bar are from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The peak times are weekend nights with a fish roast on Fridays and Saturdays Prime Rib. They hope that breakfast will bring more business in the slower times. The Adamsons organized a test breakfast for friends and family that was well received.

Breakfast is not the only thing that comes. The Adamsons are planning to create a golfer system to order food on the pitch before going to the back nine. Trisha said the system could contain a QR code for golfers to order when it comes to the eighth hole, and then they could grab the food when they get through the ninth hole.

Pat also works with the city to transform the golf course from a par 68 to a par 70.

The event room, which is on the upper floor of the restaurant, is also renovated to the Adamson Event Center. The Adamsons have painted the floors and added their own touches. They hope to work on the room soon. Trisha said there are already weddings and other events.

“It is one of a step after a time project,” she said.

Trisha and Pat both have a background in the shop. Pat and his family had Adamson Motors and Trisha two apartment complexes in the city, the Nicholas apartments and the Oliver Apartments.

The Adamsons made sure that their sons and daughter were on board before buying the golf course. In addition to their children, their extended family and the significant other of their children have contributed time and energy to get the room up and running.

“We could not be thrilled to be part of the Stewartville community. As a family business, we believe in the strength of our connections, our employees, our employees, our customers and the community, which we are all, “published the restaurant on Facebook at the beginning of the year.
